Our average time of delivery is 20 minutes. But in certain cases like unfavorable weather conditions it may get delayed by few minutes.

Can I track the delivery?

Yes. You can track the delivery in real time. The customers who are expecting a delivery will receive a tracking link along with delivery boy details via SMS.

Will you be responsible for the quality of the goods delivered?

We are delivery service providers and collect goods from the restaurants/merchants and deliver it. Thus, we won’t be accountable for the quality of the goods.

My order is delayed?

If you have received an SMS with delivery boy details, you can call delivery boy and ask for him about his location and order status. If your issue is still not resolved, you can email us at info@ezeeli.com or call us at +91-8107776655.

Can I change the delivery address?

Once the order is placed, a major change in delivery address is not possible (like different area). However, minor changes like change in door no, street name and etc., are allowed which can be done by directly contacting our Ground Pilot.
